The round will kick-off on Thursday night, with the Broncos and Panthers clash at Suncorp Stadium - with Moruya's Rhys Kennedy named on the hosts' extended bench.
Then on Friday, Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien and his Knights will host the Sharks, which features both Narooma's Teig Wilton and Pambula-born Jack Williams.
Later that evening, the Storm take on the Roosters at AAMI Park.
The visitors' squad contain Group Seven trio Josh and Brett Morris (both Kiama) and Drew Hutchison (Albion Park-Oak Flats).
Saturday's three-game slate will kick-off with the Sea Eagles and Titans fixture at Mudgee's Glen Willow Stadium.
Gerringong's Reuben Garrick has been named to start on the wing for Manly-Warringah, while Kiama's Mitch Rein is the hooker for the Gold Coast - a side coached by Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook.
Then at 5.30pm, Nowra-born Cody Walker returns to the Rabbitohs' line-up, following a one-game suspension, for the match against the Wests Tigers.
The Saturday night-cap will see the Raiders locks horns with the Eels, who are mentored by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur.
The first of two Sunday games sees the Dragons battle the Warriors at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.
Lining up for the Red V will be Gerringong Tariq Sims, Park's Adam Clune and Shellharbour's Trent Merrin - with Gerringong's Jackson Ford named at 18th man.
Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie was retained his spot in the Warriors starting side, with him being named in the back-row.
The final game of the round will be Tathra's Adam Elliott and his Bulldogs travel north to play the Cowboys at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
