Music, markets and plenty of gifts for Mother's Day will all be part of the Nowra at Night Festival on Friday, April 16.
The event will be held from 4:30 - 9:30pm at Junction Court in Nowra CBD. The family friendly event will transform Junction Court into the ultimate Friday night destination of food, flavours, shopping and sound.
Why not take the kids this school holidays, stay in town after work, or drop by on your way down the coast?
Nowra at Night will feature local food trucks and market stalls with great gifts for mum this Mother's Day. There will be an exciting back drop of music from DJs and local artists including The Groove Trio, George Bishop and The Spencer Family Band.
The event is part of an ongoing partnership between The Nowra CBD Revitalisation Strategy Committee and Shoalhaven City Council, with funding from the NSW Government's Festival of Place - Summer Fund.
Shoalhaven City Council Mayor, Amanda Findley said the event is set to be a fantastic way to bring people together in Nowra's CBD during the school holidays.
"After a tough year, it is exciting to gather and celebrate as a community again, so I encourage locals to head down and support local business in the Nowra CBD," she said.
Along with food, shopping, flavours and sounds there will be twenty $25 vouchers up for grabs in the free raffle, so come on down, support local and enter to win a Nowra experience.
