AT Ziems Park, both the club's SG Ball and Harold Matthews sides took on the North Sydney Bears.
The former recorded a massive 80-10 win, thanks to tries from Trey Barlow (two), Benjamin Lavender (two), Jackson Shereb (two), Tyrone Roberts (two), Brandon Morkos, Clive Brett, Josh Coric, Riley Wooden, Junior Amone and Alexander Lobb.
During the 70-point thrashing, Lobb landed 10 conversions and Barlow one.
Glenn Buffolin's was headlined by Albion Park-Oak Flats' Benjamin Lavender and Josh Coric, Stingrays' Jack Bostock and Trey Barlow, Milton-Ulladulla's Riley Wooden, Kiama's Travis Barrett-Hancock and Shellharbour's Clive Brett in the win.
Not to be outdone, Aaron McDonald's Harold Matthews downed the Bears 32-24, behind four-pointers from Te Umuariki Heremia-Tukere (two), Kane Graham, Jasper Scobie, Zakariya Maarbani and James Walsh.
Group Seven juniors to feature in the win were Ashton Ward, Taj Ford, Welsey Pring, Kane Gram, Jack Quine (all Gerringong) and James Walsh (Stingrays).
Finally, Alicia-Kate Hawke's Tarsha Gale outfit secured second spot on the ladder by downing the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs 30-10 at the Terry Lamb Complex.
The six tries were scored by Keele Browne (seventh minute), Salma Nour (21st), Chantel Tugaga (31st), Keeley Kopara (37th), Tiana Kore (40th) and Madi Singleton (43rd) - with Olivia Vale landing three kicks.
Riley Scott, Teagan Berry, Mackenzie Lear, Alex Wallace and Jordyn Preston (all Stingrays) as well as Keele Browne and Alivia Brown (Bulldogs) all shone in the victory.
Looking ahead, Hawke's side will take on the third-placed Roosters Indigenous Academy in Saturday's qualifying final, while the club's SG Ball and Matts sides will play in elimination finals against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and Central Coast Roosters respectively.
