Norths won the toss at Zealand Oval and sent their opponents to the crease first in the one-day grand final.
With Stan Economos (24) and Lorcan Edwards-Villalta (20) being the only two batsmen to reach double-figures, Ex-Servos were restricted to just 91 from 31.1 overs.
Dave Morris (3-35) claimed three wickets for Norths, while Micah Edwards (2-5), Matt Guyatt (2-15), Alex Parsons (2-17) and Cooper Luke (1-9) also secured scalps.
In reply, solid knocks from Micah Edwards (23 not out), Alex Parsons (23) and man of the match Matt Guyatt (21 not out) steered Norths past the total (3-96) in the 29th over.
Chayton Morris (1-6), Lorcan Edwards-Villalta (1-17) and Warren Spinks (1-20) did all they could for Ex-Servos in the defeat.
