BOMADERRY have finished off their dominant Shoalhaven District Cricket Association second grade season by winning the weekend's grand final against Sussex Inlet.

At Bomaderry Oval, the hosts were sent to the crease first and made 121 from their 51.5 overs, thanks to Harrison Graham (39), Alec Cooper (30) and Troy Cole (23).
With the ball, Kyle Jarrett (4-13) and Christian Sargood (3-12) caused plenty of issues for the Tigers.
In reply, Sussex struggled and was all out for just 72 despite 15 from Daniel Lea.
The chief destroyer for the hosts was Anthony Johnston, who took six wickets.
In their second innings, the Tigers reached 150 from their 59.3 overs - with man of the match Mathew Bell starring with 72 from 155 balls.
Sussex were best served by Riley Jarrett (3-48), Sargood (2-11), Stephen Jones (2-17) and Kyle Jarrett (2-30) with the cherry.
In response, Sussex dug deep and got to 8-139 in the second innings.
Opener Lea scored 65 from 55 balls, while Shane Bate (35) and Sargood (23) produced handy knocks, despite Johnston taking another 5-34 for the hosts - taking his match total to 11 scalps.
Johnston joins the like of fellow Tigers in taking more than 11 wickets in a second grade grand final: Barry Jones (15-74 vs Warriors, 1968-69), Ben Byrne, (12-72 vs Ex-Servos 1969-70) and Brian Edwards (11-83 vs Wandandian 1956-57).
The last bowler to take 10 or more wickets in a second grade grand final was Ulladulla United'sBrian Peters, who took 6-19 and 7-34 against Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens in 1983-84.
As play-time expired on day two, the Tigers were crowned champions thanks to their first innings total - securing Bomaderry its 21st premiership as a club in second grade, which is more than double any other club in that division.
Two members of the victorious side, Greg Wellington and Anthony Johnston, also celebrated their fifth premierships.
They are two ahead of 18 other players who have featured three times, with the following list in the order of when they gained their third: Jack Ingram (1945-46), Keith Henry (1969-70), Graham Oke (1972-73), Graham Thurgate (1980-81), Ross Buchan (1986-87), Darryl Koglin (1986-87), Geoff Moon (1986-87), John Saville (1986-87), Stephen Wilson (1986-87), Ian Wallis (1987-88), Glen McPherson (1992-93), Mark McPherson (1992-93), Bob Merivale (1992-93), Bob Webster (1995-96), Matthew Lees (2004-05), Anthony Young (2004-05), Clayton Muller (2008-09) and Mark Robson (2008-09).
