Former Jamberoo Superoo Raduva is joint vice-captain of the University of Technology squad, while Cambewarra's Spillane, who is playing for Eastern Suburbs in Sydney this season, has been named in the University of Canberra's 12-player squad.
Southern Districts talent Raduva will play alongside Mahalia Murphy, Chloe Saunders, Kiiahla Duff, Skye Churchill, Tatum Bird, Mia Wood, Olivia White, Tiarne Cavanagh, Betty Koula, Aaliyah Paki and Maya Stewart during the two days.
They'll open their campaign against Sydney University at 11.07am Saturday before playing against the University of Newcastle (1.39pm) and the University of Canberra (3.53pm) later that day - with finals taking place on Sunday.
While Spillane, a former St Johns student, is joined in the UC squad by Brooke Gilroy, Lilly-Ann Mason-Spice, Alahna Ryan, Ella Ryan, Claudia Obst, Tess Staines, Grace Tokobobo, Sidonie Carroll, Gisela Vea, Lily Croker and Talei Wilson and will play games against Newcastle (11.25am), Sydney (1.21pm) and UTS (3.53pm) on Saturday.
