The deep-water frontage private property is located at 4 Admiralty Crescent, Huskisson.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home will go to auction on April 11.

A spokesperson for the family said the couple had owned the home for nearly 20 years, and the family would be sad to part with it.

"It's so private - you go there, and you wouldn't know that you're two minutes from the shops."
