After playing for North Sydney in the NSW Cup in round one, Hutchison will start in jersey number 14 for the tri-colours, who will be looking to improve to 2-0 on the season.
The Group Seven junior is joined in the squad by fellow South Coast talents Josh and Brett Morris, who started their careers at the Kiama Knights.
This trio are just some of the South Coast products that will be on show during round two of the 2021 NRL premiership.
The round will kick-off at Bankwest Stadium where Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur and his Parramatta outfit host premiers Melbourne.
The next night, the Warriors, who will be without Shellharbout Euan's Aitken for more than two months due to an ankle injury, will battle Newcastle, coached by Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien, at Central Coast Stadium.
Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie has been named on the extended bench for New Zealand.
Later that night, the Titans, coached by Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook and featuring Kiama's Mitch Rein at hooker, take on the Broncos at Cbus Super Stadium.
The fixture will mark the first time Moruya's Rhys Kennedy has lined up for the Broncos in 2021.
On Saturday, Tathra's Adam Elliot and his Bulldogs lock horns with the Panthers, before the Sea Eagles face off with the Rabbitohs.
The latter clash at Lottoland will see Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and Nowra-born Cody Walker line up for Manly-Warringah and South Sydney respectively.
The final game on Saturday will see the Dragons travel up to Queensland Country Bank Stadium for a match with the Cowboys.
Gerringong's Tariq Sims will start in the back-row for the Red V, with Shellharbour's Trent Merrin on the bench.
Albion Park's Adam Clune, who started at five-eighth in round one, has been bumped to 18th man by the returning Corey Norman.
Clune is joined on the extended bench by Gerringong's Jackson Ford.
The final match of the round will see Pambula-born Jack Williams and his Sharks square off with the Raiders at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.
