The Eagles, who have only lost once this season from their 24 games, jumped out to a six-point lead (32-26) at half-time at the Winthrop Coliseum.
Then in the second half, Zunic's side exerted their dominance, winning the half by 21 points, to run out winners by 27 points.
In the Eagles' 13th championship victory, Zunic finished with 13 points, three rebounds, three three-pointers, one assist and one steal in 20 minutes.
The Eagles, who are 43-4 in their last 47 games, have now once again qualified for the NCAA tournament - the 12th time in school history the men's basketball side has done so.
And with the side's NCAA tournament hopes over before they even tipped off in 2020, due to COVID-19, Zunic's side will be keen to make the most of this opportunity.
This NCAA berth caps off an amazing senior year for Zunic, who was also recently was named to the Big South All-Academic Team for a second straight year.
