The February 23 ordinary meeting will tackle issues such as the retention of land in Mollymook by the Education Department, the development of the Anglican Schools precinct in Milton, and questions about the economic impact of a proposed development in West Culburra.
Also up for debate is a request for council staff to create a timeline of the push for a Nowra bypass, pedestrian safety upgrades to Culburra Beach Primary School and the finalisation of the council's Draft Dogs' Policy.
Cr Andrew Guile will put forward a motion "that council make representations to the Premier of NSW through the State Members of Parliament, requesting the Government to bring forward legislation that would prevent residents of Australia who are neither born in Australia nor Naturalised Australian Citizens from both standing for election or being elected to either the NSW Parliament or Local Government Councils".
