The Steelers' SG Ball (now under 19s due to COVID-19) and Harold Matthews (under 17s) sides will travel Mascot Oval to face the Sydney Roosters.
Aaron McDonald's Matts side will kick-off the action from 11.30am, before Glenn Buffolin's SG Ball side, who won the premiership in 2019, play at 1pm.
The former's side features Gerringong's Dylan Egan, Taj Ford, Kane Graham, Wesley Pring, Jack Quine and Hamish Stewart and Stingrays' Jasper Scobie and James Walsh.
As Buffolin's squad contains Stingrays' Jack Bostock, Toby Peters, and Trey Barlow, Gerringong's Cooper Roberts, Nowra-Bomaderry's Blake Wellington, Albion Park-Oak Flats' Benjamin Lavender, Milton-Ulladulla's Riley Wooden, Kiama's Travis Barrett-Hancock, Jamberoo's Tyson Duff, Shellharbour's Clive Brett and Warilla-Lake South's Tyrone Roberts.
While the women's Tarsha Gale side (under 19s) will start their 2019 title defence at Corrimal's Ziems Park against the Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy outfit, who they have never lost to, from 12.30pm.
Headlining Alicia-Kate Hawke's side will be Group Seven's Teagan Berry, Riley Scott, Madi Singleton, Mackenzie Lear, Alex Wallace, Shante Lenartowicz and Jordyn Preston (all Stingrays) as well as Keele Browne, Lily Rogan and Alivia Brown (all Bulldogs).
