The Andrew Johns Cup side, coached by Aaron Hertsch, will take on the Western Rams from 10am.
His side will be headlined by Group Seven Rugby League's Cooper Harrison, Caleb Hall, Bailey Marks, Seth Pearman, Issac Laughton (all Gerringong), Dextar Grant (Stingrays), Ashton O'Dea (Albion Park-Oak Flats) and Byron Pitt (Shellharbour).
Following this fixture, Peter Hooper's under 18s Laurie Daley Cup side will battle the Rams from 11.20pm.
The former Warilla-Lake South mentor's side features Stingrays' Liam Arnold, Jarvis Austin, Bailey Hodges, Jarvis Polley, Will Starling and Coleby Smith, Kiama's Ben Rumble and Ryan Hodgson and Milton-Ulladulla's Sam Stewart.
The visitors will be looking for revenge in the under 18s fixture, as the Bulls won the corresponding game 26-14 in 2020 - which gives Rams mentor Kurt Hancock plenty of confidence going into the season opener.
"We always bring out the best in the Dragons," Hancock said.
"They always seem to play some of their best games against us.
"We've met in a couple of finals over the last few years.
"They're well-coached and they've got a great talent pool of players.
"We had a great camp last week at Warren, and I'm pleased with where they're at as a group."
