The new Lifeline store in Nowra is set to host its grand opening on Saturday, February 6 from 10am.
The store at 66 Worrigee Street, Nowra (the old Stewarts Hardware shop) will host a fun day of shopping, coffee, sausage sandwiches and a radio broadcast in celebration of the grand event.
It's a must-visit for op shop lovers and families to find pre-loved clothing items to refresh wardrobes at bargain prices.
Every item has been donated by the community and each purchase will directly support Lifeline's crisis support and suicide prevention services in the Shoalhaven area.
Lifeline operates a national 24-hour crisis support service on 13 11 14 and financial counselling services. It also hosts a variety of fundraising events throughout the year, including its popular book fair and the Out of the Shadows walk for suicide prevention, held to coincide with World Suicide Prevention Day, September 10 every year.
