Nowra played North Nowra Cambewarra in the final at Bernie Regan Oval and Junk stamped his authority on the encounter.
The Nowra opening batsman produced a man of the match effort with his 109 runs.
Nowra, after winning the toss, elected to bat first and made 7/221from its stint at the crease.
The home side, in reply, was 9/206 from its 45 overs.
However, Junk was definitely the star of the final.
The Nowra opener, on his way to triple figures, smashed five maximums and five boundaries.
Sam Watts also played a crucial role in Nowra's championship-winning effort.
Watts worked well with Junk and the two put on an 111 run partnership.
Watts was dismissed for 46 runs but did some damage along the way with his two fours and a six.
Michael Coulter, 14 runs, and Kurt Quinlan, 13 runs, were next best for Nowra.
Troy Sweet impressed with the ball for Norths.
Sweet picked up four wickets and made runs hard to come by.
His nine overs only cost Norths 25 runs.
Renowned Norths spearhead, Justin Weller, chimed in with two wickets.
Josh Coulter and Hyeon Parsons got Norths off to a steady start with a 29-run first-wicket partnership.
Parsons was dismissed for nine runs and Josh Coulter was out for 30 runs which included three boundaries.
Josh would not have been pleased with his dismissal as he was caught and bowled by brother Michael.
Nick McDonald was always going to be the key wicket for Nowra.
McDonald needed to produce a Junk like innings to get Norths over the line.
He got close to a half-century with 48 runs from 66 balls faced.
McDonald's batting efforts included two fours and a six.
Junk just could not stay out of the action and he combined with wicket-keeper Quinlan to stump McDonald.
Weller 33 runs with two maximums and two boundaries, Jack Walsh 25 runs with one boundary and Ben Beck 23 runs with two sixes tried to bat Norths to victory.
Nowra shared the wicket-taking duties around with Michael Coulter, Kealan Blattner and Hayden Strand picking up two wickets apiece.
Nowra, with the result, went from a year without being able to field a side in first grade to a championship-winning team.
