Despite the devastating bushfires in early 2020, Nowra Show Society was able hold its annual show, providing an opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy one of its most successful shows ever.
The Show Society now heads toward planning the 2021 Show, which may have a different appearance and will no doubt present its own unique set of challenges.
Although it may look and feel different to prior years the society is confident it will continue to be welcomed by the local community.
Measures are in place to present a Covid safe venue and the society has once again strived to present a show that represents the region in which we live and work.
It features the Shoalhaven's productive farmland, our very rich resources for dairy, plus outstanding horsemanship and dog high jumping.
The 2021 Show highlights will include wood chopping, RFS tree felling, rodeo, Demolition Derby, Motocross and fireworks.
Set aside Friday, February 5 and Saturday, February 6 to visit the 145th Nowra Show.
Adult admission is $15, Ccncession -$10 and children between 5 and under 16 years of age- $5.
It's not too late to become a Nowra Show Society member, which provides membership privileges of free entry, raffle tickets, voting rights at the AGM and a complimentary Café voucher.
