At Hanging Rock Oval, the visitors won the toss and elected to bat - a decision they would quickly regret.
Nowra were rolled for just 58, with Ryan Henry (17), Rohan Hutchison (16) and Kurt Quinlan (12 not out) being the only batsmen to reach double-figures.
The carnage was caused by Sam Lee and Darcy Knights who claimed 3-8 and 3-17 respectively for the hosts.
The other wickets were shared between Dylan Rotherham (2-9) and Stephen Knight (1-14).
In reply, the Bay reached 9-85 at stumps on day one - meaning they've already claimed first innings points.
Darcy Knight (30 not out), Ryan Hall (20) and Rotherham (17) led the way for the hosts with the willow, while Peter King (5-34), Kealen Blattner (3-30) and Michael Coulter (1-21) took the wickets for Nowra.
Prior to this, Batemans Bay defeated Nowra 4-116 to 111 in the Twenty20 fixture at the Nowra Showground on Sunday, November 29.
