The Nowra-Bomaderry Jets pair, who helped their Coastal Connection reach the final before losing to champions Newcastle Hawks, were named at centre and lock respectively in the side.
Joining them in the 20-man squad are Coastal teammates Jade Anderson (wing), Craig Garvey (hooker), TC McLean (interchange) and Ali Beale (interchange).
That sextet is joined in the team of the year by Newcastle Hawks' Scott Briggs (five-eighth), Chris Piper (prop), Randall Briggs (back-row), Steven Widders (interchange) and Will Smith (fullback) - who was named player of the tournament.
Round out the side is Walgett Aboriginal Connection's Brayden McGrady (centre), Ben Barba (halfback) and Cody Hodge (interchange), Wellington Castlereagh All Blacks' Justin Toomey-White (prop), Joshua Toole (back-row) and Braydon Trindall (interchange), Wiradjuri Googars' Kiah Cooper (wing) and Bailey Hartwig (interchange) and Redfern All Blacks' Chaise Robinson (interchange).
