At South Nowra Oval, Norths elected to bat first and posted 155 from their 40 overs - with Riley Sims (44) and Justin Rumble (38) leading the way.
Pat Griffin starred for the Bay with the ball, taking 3-4, while Jed Salmon (2-20), Eric McMahon (2-21) and Meljoy Dcunha (2-25) all took two wickets.
In reply, the visitors started slowly but solid middle-order knocks from Tom Purcell (38), Tony Dcosta (37) and Dcunha (25) steered the Bay to victory - reaching 5-157 after 35.5 overs.
Graham Lowbridge (3-35) was the only multiple wicket-taker for the hosts.
The Bay now has three wins and one draw to their names and sit in first place after four rounds, just ahead of second-placed Sussex Inlet, who defeated Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens at the Thompson Street Sporting Complex.
On the back of a blazing 103 off 121 balls, featuring 10 boundaries and four sixes, by opener Christian Sargood, the hosts posted 5-218 from their 40 overs.
Don Tharaka toiled hard for his 2-29 for Ex-Servos.
The visitors started strongly in their chase, with both Benjamin Guyer (54) and Scott McCurdy (46) getting starts.
A handy 31 from Matthew Isackson put Ex-Servos in a position to win, before they fell just short, finishing their 40 overs at 7-206.
Marlin Webber (3-37) and Stephen Crehan (2-30) were the picks of the bowlers for the hosts.
Sitting in fourth, behind Batemans Bay, Sussex and Norths is Berry-Shoalhaven Heads - who suffered their first loss of the campaign to Nowra.
At Lyrebird Park, the Magpies won the toss and chose to bat first.
That proved to be the wrong decision, as the visitors were all out for 64, despite a gritty 22 from Richard Ingle.
Jarrod Horton (2-15), Dylan Higgins-Bell (2-20) and Blake Horton (2-21) all claimed two wickets each for Nowra.
The hosts easily chased down the target (3-65), with Joshua Fernie (21 not out) and Jamie Preo (21) leading the way.
Michael Troy (2-25) did what he could with the ball in the defeat.
The final match of the round saw Bay and Basin chalk up their first win of 2020-21, defeating Bomaderry at the Bomaderry Sports Complex.
After choosing to bat, the Tigers reached 6-153 in their innings, with Mark Pritchard and Mark Dhu both scoring 27.
Basin's Rohan Beavan and Chris Labb took 2-15 and 2-28 respectively.
The visitors made light work of the target (1-155), as Stuart Dryburgh (68 not out), Jacob Gordon (38 not out) and Stuart Hylton-Cummins (38) all performing strongly.
Stephen Wallace (1-38) took the Tigers' lone wicket.
Next week, Basin takes on Nowra, Berry hosts Ex-Servos, Bomaderry face Norths and Sussex travels to Batemans Bay.
