The Princes Highway has been closed in both direction at East Lynne due to a serious single car crash near Pebbly Beach Road just before 5am.

But just after 7.45am one of two lanes was opened under alternating (stop/slow) traffic conditions.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and follow directions of emergency services and traffic crews.
And should allow some extra travel time as there maybe intermittent closures for the vehicle salvage and clean-up.
Emergency services are at the scene of the crash while traffic crews are attending.
