After being sent in, the visitors posted the mammoth total of 7-308 from their 40 overs, on the back of a blazing 110 by Jackson Ingram.
His knock, which featured 12 boundaries and six sixes, came off just 73 deliveries - including 30 from one over.
The opener was well supported by teammates Matthew Page (46) and Riley Ingram (44).
Both Darcy Kent (2-29) and William Torr (2-53) claimed two scalps for the hosts.
In reply, only Jesse Hol (87) and Harry Mooney (14) reached double-figures, as the hosts were all out for 138 in the 36th over.
Riley Ingram backed up his strong effort with the bat, by taking 3-18 with the cherry, as Jackson Ingram capped up a sensational day for himself with 2-14.
Shoalhaven, which now have two wins and one draw this season, next face South Coast at Howard Fowles Oval - with victory securing the Gary Fuss-coached side the Inter-Association crown.
Elsewhere, Shoalhaven chalked up their first win of the season in the under 16s.
At Hayden Drexel Oval, the hosts elected to bat first and made 190, thanks to 57 not out from Alec Dobson and 29 from Mitchell Downey.
With the ball, Flynn Corby (5-37) and Hayden Willebrand (3-28) starred for the Highlands.
In reply, the visitors fell just short (175) despite 43 from James Smith.
This was largely due to an impressive five-wicket haul by Cooper Bramley (5-30) - with Jack Lonesborough chipping in with 2-26.
This win moves Shoalhaven into third on the ladder, with one win, one draw and one loss through the opening three rounds.
They next take on the winless South Coast at Tom Willoughby Oval on Sunday.
The final win for Shoalhaven on Sunday came in the under 13s fixture at Centennial Park.
Batting first, the hosts could only muster 121, despite 58 from first-drop Sam Harwood.
With the ball, Shoalhaven had five players return two-wicket hauls, including Beau Lynch (2-3), Bailey Parker (2-13), Callum Coulter (2-13), Elijah Guyatt (2-18) and Solomon Fairs (2-28).
In reply, on the back of a crafty 28 from Guyatt, the visitors cruised to victory, reaching the target (6-124) in the 39th over.
Rohan Day (2-10) was the best of the Highlands bowlers.
In round four, Shoalhaven, who now have one win, one draw and one loss next to their names, take on second-placed South Coast - who have the exact same record through the opening three matches.
