After losing the toss and being sent to the field, the Dolphins rolled their Shoalhaven District Cricket Association second grade rivals for 114 from their 39.3 overs - despite a handy 27 from Travis Fuss.
With the cherry, Nathan Thorn (4-25) led the way, while Luke Gogerly (2-8) also took multiple wickets.
Milestone man Miller also grabbed one wicket (1-27), as did Chris Labb (1-2), Michael Dolby (1-15) and Dre Howlett (1-33).
In reply, Tom Mason (43 not out) and Miller (27) got the visitors off to a strong start, before Brandon Labb (23) helped the side pass the target (5-115) in the 23rd over.
The pick of the bowlers for Ex-Servos was Gary Fuss, who took 2-29 off his five overs.
This win leaves the Dolphins on top of the table after three rounds, with two wins and a draw next to their names.
Sitting in second, also with an undefeated record, is Bomaderry, who downed Nowra by 85 runs at Bomaderry Oval.
The Tigers batted first and made 8-209 thanks to Alec Cooper (42), Mathew Bell (38) and Tobias Hanger (32).
With the ball, both John King (3-20) and Adam Weller (3-27) claimed three scalps each.
In response, despite an impressive 56 from opener Justin Wallace and 29 from first-drop Rohan Hutchison, the visitors were all out for just 124 in the 27th over.
Hanger starred for the hosts, taking 5-36, while Troy Cole claimed 3-42 in the win.
Elsewhere, North Nowra-Cambewarra moved into third after edging Ulladulla United at Lighthouse Oval.
After being sent in, the hosts could only muster 94 runs, with Matthew Shea top-scoring with 24.
Spinner Hugh Gillen was the chief destroyer for Norths, taking 4-32, as Marley Arthur finished with 2-26.
Norths made light work of the chase, reaching 1-99 in the 12th over, thanks to James Biggs (47 not out) and Jack Sweet (34).
Terry Dorrell (1-34) took United's only wicket.
The final match of the round saw Sussex Inlet prove too strong for Berry-Shoalhaven Heads.
In reply, the Magpies fell 30 runs short of victory, even though Chris McCarron (32) and Jed Sawkins (30) made strong performances with the willow.
Mitchell Davis (3-21) led the way for Sussex, with Riley Jarrett (2-14) and Stephen Jones (2-27) chipping in with two wickets each.
Next round, Berry host Ex-Servos, Nowra takes on Sussex, Bomaderry battles Norths and United face off with Basin.
