Shockingly the Movember Foundation states that globally on average one man dies by suicide every minute of every day.
Ice, if it raises awareness about men's mental health and some money for the Movember Foundation, is prepared to walk 60 kilometres in one day.
The Mollymook resident will be joined by a group of friends on the walk which starts on Saturday, November 7 around the 5am mark - see details below on how you can support Ice and the other walkers.
The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men's health and is behind the 60-kilometre walk initiative.
The foundation promotes such events like the well-known 'grow a mo in November' [Movember] campaign and Ice is a great supporter of the group.
The distance he and the group will walk is significant, as 60 men worldwide commit suicide an hour, according to the foundation.
"The number is really bad," Ice said.
"Australia is not doing well when it comes to men's health," he added.
"It's not about me getting 1000 of people in for the walk or raising thousands - I want people to talk to each other about this topic."
He also encourages people to go onto the Movember website as it has lots of important information
Ice said he does not have all the answers when it comes to men's health issues but he is always happy to talk to people about it.
"I will help you find them [the answers] though," he said.
He says seeking help is not a sign of weakness.
The men's health campaigner added sadness was a normal emotion but one people, particularly men, just don't understand.
"A lot of emotions are just not talked about," he said.

Ice is known around the area for his role as student welfare officer [youth worker] at Ulladulla High School.
He also used to stage the Mollymook marathon. "It [the marathon] was getting too big and too popular,' he said.
He always wanted to support Movember and then he saw the Movember organisation promotes a 60-kilometre walk and he signed on.
Ice being Ice decided to raise the bar and instead of doing the distance over a month he and some other people intend to walk 60 kilometres in one day.
He was going to do the walk by himself and raise a bit of money in the process but a few others will be joining him in this feat of endurance for a worthwhile cause.
He did the walk last year as well. Ice is not sure how many people will join him on the walk this year, but he is not aiming for a big number of walkers.
"I will go for a walk and if people want to join in they can join in," he said.
The walk is on November 7 around the 5am mark from the Mollymook South car park.
They will walk through Mollymook, up to the back of Milton and will finish in Burrill Lake. The trek includes going over Mt Kingiman.
"It's going to be a tough walk, but it's going to be fun," Ice said.
He also supports Mollymook's The Man Walk initiative which started this year
"Men are not so great when it comes to sitting and just talking but if you walk they feel more comfortable," Ice said.
