A final round draw (1-all) with Figtree was enough to secure Jadon Lavington's side top spot on the division four ladder - finishing ahead of second-placed Dapto Phoenix (both on 34 points) on point differential.
The accomplishment for the Gerry Emery Oval-based side was set up four straight wins to open the campaign, against Albion Park (4-nil), University (3-1), Dapto (4-1) and Jamberoo Swans (2-1).
This was followed by a 2-all draw with Figtree, before downing Albion Park 4-2.
They then were held 1-all by Coniston Gold, before rattling off four straight victories against University (7-nil), Jamberoo (3-nil), Dapto (4-1), Coniston Black (3-1) and Coniston Gold (1-nil).
The final round draw capped off their undefeated regular season, which booked them a spot in the semi-finals against Figtree at Ian McLennan Park.
The winner of that will face the victor of the Dapto/Coniston Gold game in the grand final on Sunday, October 25.
While the Breakers men's teams will play their respective semi-final on Saturday, also at Ian McLennan Park.
Reserve grade battles the Port Pumas from 12.30pm before first grade takes on Albion Park City from 2.30pm.
