In a replay of last year's decider, which Brett and his tri-colours won 14-8, one of the 2019 grand finalists' seasons will end in the elimination final - as the victor will progress to play Melbourne.
For the clash at ANZ Stadium, Brett will start on the wing, outside Joseph Manu, while older brother Josh will start in the centres, inside Daniel Tupou.
The Roosters will be bolstered by the return of hooker Jake Friend (head knock) and interchange forward Sonny Bill Williams (neck).
In the other elimination semi-final, Parramatta, coached by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur, will host the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Bankwest Stadium.
The visitors, fresh off a 46-20 win against Newcastle, will be spearheaded by Nowra-born Cody Walker, who will start at five-eighth.
The winner of this match takes on minor premiers Penrith in next weekend's preliminary final.
While in round two of the NRL Women's competition, the Warriors take on the Roosters from 12.30pm Saturday at Bankwest Stadium, before the Dragons lock horns with the Broncos from 4pm at the same venue.
Bega's Kezie Apps start in the back-row for the Red V, while fellow Far South Coast product Millie Boyle (Carbargo) has been named at prop for Brisbane.
Starting alongside the latter in the front-row will be Moss Vale product Chelsea Lenarduzzi.
