THREE of the Shoalhaven's top Australian football prospects have been rewarded for their amazing 2020 seasons on the AFL South Coast fields.
In the under 15 girls competition, Hannah Phillips followed in the footsteps of her two-time Maddy Collier Medal-winning sister Sophie, to win the 2020 best and fairest award.
Phillips, who's side capped off an undefeated season with victory in Sunday's grand final, finished on nine votes, three ahead of equal second place finishers Ella Fegent (Bay and Basin) and Aysha Sanchez (Bomaderry).
Rounding out the top five were Bomaderry's Ruby Reid (four) and Taylah Clarke (three).
In the under 13s, Basin's Oliver Driscoll ran away with the top prize by polling 19 votes.
Bomaderry's Dustin Cook finished second on 10, with Basin's Taj Malmborg (seven), Batemans Bay's Jacob Pike (six) and Ulladulla's James Turnbull (five) just behind.
Finally, the under 11s best and fairest was won in a landslide by Basin's Cooper Malmborg, who finished in 23 points - 17 ahead of his closest rival Ezekiel Geradts (Ulladulla).
The top five was rounded out by Ulladulla's Tex Lawson (five) and Basin's Morena Margione and Isaac Parrish - who both finished on four votes.
