It took just three minutes for the Seagulls to opening the scoring at Ison Park, as Richard Ford scored his team's first.
This proved to be a sign of things to come for the Huskisson Sporting Field-based side, as man of the match Chris Button competed a hat-trick before half-time.
Goals in the 13th, 19th and 40th minutes gave the Seagulls an unassailable 4-nil lead at the break.
The dominant victory was sealed for the minor premiers in the 75th minute, when Ronald McLeod put a fifth goal past Illaroo keeper Lochlan Hay.
The win sends out long-time club coach Rob Hawker out as a winner.
During his five-year stint with the club, Hawker won five titles for the Seagulls, including ending their 20-year first grade premiership drought in 2019.
They also played in 13 out of a possible 15 finals series, reached seven grand finals, won five competition championships and two club championships.
