'Excelsa', located at 199 Alne Bank Lane, Rose Valley sold for $5,665,000 at auction on Wednesday night.
The selling agents were Ray White Gerringong's Neil Campbell and Roirda Harper.
There were five registered bidders on the night; the successful buyer was from Sydney.
Sitting on 6.27ha, with a northerly aspect, the property is located in one of South Coast's most tightly held addresses in Rose Valley.
Each of the two expansive levels of the home open onto a series of verandahs, gardens and water features, encompassing the ocean and rural views.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, 'Heartwood Farm', located at 128 Alne Bank Lane, Rose Valley sold for $6,050,000 at auction.
