Superintendent Greg Moore said four men were arrested. A 38-year-old man was charged with a firearms offence and possessing a prohibited drug, and a 44-year-old man was charged with larceny.
The 38-year-old man was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear in Nowra Local Court on Monday 19 October 2020.
The older man was bail refused.
The items seize included prohibited drugs, a gel blaster long arm firearm, and other types of firearm implements such as a magazine.
Superintendent Moore said the raid was the latest in a campaign to disrupt organised crime on the South Coast.
"Those who are involved in crime, particularly organised crime, can expect a doorknock in the near future," he said.
"Rest assured we are looking at you. We have very good support from our networks in the community and we have very good ongoing support from our specialist police.
"I want to appeal to anyone involved in criminal networks to come along and speak to us at Nowra Police Station. We can put them in touch with other employers, other activities - we want to keep them out of criminal networks."
It is understood the council was also undertaking compliance checks at the caravan park.
