At South Nowra's Ison Park, the fixture opened at a frantic pace, with two goals in the opening six minutes.
The came from Sharks' Sophie Martin in the third minute before Brumbies' Alicia Boome cancelled it out three minutes later.
That goal proved to be the difference and secured the Vic Zealand Oval-based club the 2-1 win and the 2020 premiers trophy.
This was just one of three women's grand finals to take place on Tuesday.
In second grade, minor premiers Sussex Inlet capped off their strong season by defeating Milton-Ulladulla 2-nil in the decider.
Goals from Hollea Elliott and Kym Arnold in the 22nd and 76th minutes respectively secured the Seahawks the title.
Then in third grade, first placed Shoalhaven United outlasted third placed Illaroo 2-nil in the final.
A Shaylee Meehan brace, in the 20th and 31st minutes sealed the win - with these goals taking the Bears' goal-scorers' tally to 15 strikes in just eight games.
