At South Nowra's Ison Park, the difference proved to be a Phillip Dady goal - taking his tally to 11 from as many matches in 2020.
The Lighthouse Oval-based club started their COVID affected season with three straight wins against Huskisson-Vincentia White (1-nil), St Georges Basin (2-nil) and Seagulls Green (6-nil).
Then in round four, the went down 1-nil to Sussex Inlet.
The black and whites rebounded to win their next two games (2-nil against Shoalhaven United and 2-nil against Shoalhaven Heads-Berry), before falling 1-nil to Culburra.
Two 1-nil victories against Seagulls White and the Dragons capped of the Panthers season, which saw them finish in equal first with the Seahawks but in second on goal difference.
Despite being the lower seed, the Panthers smashed Sussex 4-nil in the major semi-final, thanks to a Phillip Dady hat-trick and one goal from Joshua Geradts.
Milton-Ulladulla then held their nerve in the decider, to take out the title and go on step further than last season, where they lost the grand final 2-1 to Culburra.
The Panthers side also featured Adam Vaughan, Antonio Lavalle, Darryl Bozicevic, Dean Straughan, Glen Henry, Glyn Ponting, Gregory Ceccato, Ian Miller, Jason Apps, Jason Flamminio, Jesse Mcintosh, Jon Lee, Jonny Staples, Justin Stanton, Marcus Levett, Neil Hoggard, Peter Whitmore, Sean Rooney and Simon Law.
