The preliminary final started perfectly for the Sharks when Tara Culey opened the scoring in the 12th minute.
This proved to be a sign of things to come for the Vic Zealand Oval-based club, who had their second 10 minute later through Charlotte Ryan - taking her season tally to 17 goals.
At 2-nil, the game was still well and truly in the balance.
But the Sharks asserted their authority after the break, scoring four goals in quick succession.
The first was from Sari Boardman in the 41st minute, followed by Mckenzie Jones (54th), Sophie Martin (66th) and Amelia-Jade Strickland (68th) all finding the back of the net.
The Sharks will now play the Callala Brumbies in the grand final, which kicks off at 8pm on Tuesday, September 22 at Ison Park.
Also on Tuesday night, Milton-Ulladulla held their nerve to defeat Shoalhaven Heads in a penalty shootout, during the second grade preliminary final.
Sharks' Jo Higgins got the scoring start in the fourth minute - which is how the scoreline remained until half-time.
The match came to life in the second, with Panthers captain Caylie Wise scoring two quick goals - in the 50th and 58th minutes.
But Shoalhaven Heads stemmed the flow and equalised nine minutes later through Emily Gillen.
The match ended at 2-all and after neither could break the deadlock in extra-time, the fixture went to penalties.
In a thrilling shootout, the Panthers stayed calm to prevail 3-2 and advance into next Tuesday's decider against Sussex Inlet - which kicks off at 6pm.
Finally, the third grade preliminary final between Sussex and Illaroo also went to penalties.
Neither team could find a crucial goal in either regulation or extra-time, seeing the match (nil-all) decided from the penalty spot - which the Roos won 4-3.
Illaroo will now take on Shoalhaven United in Tuesday's final from 6pm.
