At Figtree Oval, the unbeaten Saints, who joined the AFL South Coast competition from Sydney this season, were led by goal-kickers Catherine Stanton (seven), Olivia Krowka and Caitlin Williams.
In the women's premier division defeat, which sees the Tigers drop to 6-2 on the season, Geoff Gibbs' side was best served by Jessica Wardale, Jaimi-Lee Gibbs, Grace Hughes, India Patmore, Shannon Karger and Rhianna Nelson.
In other women's premier division results, Kiama downed Wollongong Lions 4.9-33 to 0.3-3, as Wollongong Bulldogs ground out a tough 3.7-25 to 3.3-21 win against Northern Districts.
Elsewhere, Matt Barnes' premier men's Tigers outfit slumped to their seventh straight defeat at the hands of Norths.
Despite keeping it close until three-quarter-time, the hosts at Hollymount Park kicked eight majors in the final period, to run out winners 19.3-117 to 7.5-47.
In the defeat, Blake Munilla (three), Charlie Bramley, Adriaan Toms, Rhys Arnold and Andrew Lee kicked goals, as Tom Nichols, Courtney Ward, Luke McCann and Jacob Howard produced strong displays.
Elsewhere in premier men, Lions kept their finals hopes alive by defeating Kiama 11.8-74 to 7.6-48 at North Dalton Park, with Bulldogs thrashing Shellharbour 25.16-166 to 4.5-29 at Myimbarr Oval.
Finally, in men's division one, Bomaderry lost by one point to Port Kembla (6.7-43 to 6.6-36), while Nowra-Albatross held off the Bulldogs 8.11-59 to 4.5-29.
All three Tigers teams are at the Nowra Showground on Saturday during the final round of the 2020 regular season.
