Wednesday night started the round with under 15 boys (both A and B) playing.
Under 15As put in a great effort but unfortunately were unable to overcome the Shoalhaven Heads-Berry team, who won the knock-out semi-final 2-1.
Basin's goal scorer was Lachlan Heywood.
The under 15Bs were also unable to overcome first placed Shoalhaven United Grizzlies, going down 4-nil.
Being the major-semi, the boys will have a second attempt at the final, taking on United Polars.
Saturday competition juniors saw both under 10s teams, both under 11s teams, the under 12 girls, the under 13As and U14 girls all playing in the semi-finals.
The under 14 girls played one of their best games against United but unfortunately were unable to find the back of the net.
The 2-nil loss saw them knocked out of the competition.
Basin's under 12 girls took on competition champions Shoalhaven Heads and delivered a convincing 7-nil win with a hat-trick to Leilani Bagley, a brace to Lily Heckenberg and goals to Tia Kingma and Matilda Dicker.
The girls continue to play fantastic football, with all players on the team contributing to the success through smart play, solid passing and non-stop urgency for the ball.
The girls go straight through to the grand final.
Basin's under 10s Red and White both had wins.
The Whites go straight through to the grand final after beating Milton-Ulladulla Grey 2-1 with a brace from Jermaine Ngu.
While the Reds defeated United Grizzlies 5-2 with braces from Khloe Houghton and Tyren McNiven and a goal from Caleb Taunton.
The team will now take on Milton Grey in the final with hopes to make it a Basin vs Basin decider.
Basin's under 11s B had a great game but were unable to overcome Milton, who took out the minor-semi 3-1 with Jacob Donev being the goal scorer for Basin.
The under 11As went into extra-time at nil-all against Milton but were beaten in the final minute of the game - a disappointing end to a nail-biting game.
Their under 13As secured their place in the grand final with a 2-1 win against United in extra-time.
Nayt Perez's brace cemented the team their win.
The over 35s had a win against Culburra.
After finishing extra-time at 1-all, with Dave Farrow scoring for the Basin, the match went to a penalty shoot-out.
Brendan Hobbs did a great job of stopping two shots in goals and cementing the team a place in the final.
The club's senior men travelled to Lyrebird Park to take on United in the final round of the regular season.
Third grade had a 5-nil loss.
Reserves and firsts both felt the pinch of having several players unavailable.
Reserves went down 2-nil.
First grade went down 5-3 with goals to Tim White, Luke Reid and Brendan Hobbs.
Both reserves and firsts will take on Bomaderry in the semi-finals next week - reserves in the minor-semi and firsts in the major-semi.
Senior women had all three grades in the finals this week.
Third grade took on Illaroo with multiple players out and came away with a 2-nil loss.
Reserve grade had an unsatisfying 3-2 loss in extra-time after having dominated the game against Milton.
