Berry's women's side claimed top spot after winning both matches of their last round double-header, at North Nowra's Shoalhaven Regional Hockey Complex.
On Friday, the black and whites edged Shoalhaven Hockey rivals Basin 4-1 behind strikes from Eleanor Dodd (two), Madeline Gaffney and Deanne Maher - with Erin Pavitt scoring for the defeated side.
Then on Saturday, knowing a win should be enough to finish on top, Berry edged Allsorts 2-1 thanks to a brace from Dodd.
Georgia Herne scored Allsorts' lone goal.
These two wins moved Berry onto 23, one ahead of Basin on 22 - with Allsorts (13) and Shoalhaven Heads Mermaids (13) third and fourth respectively.
Other results from the weekend's double-header include Mermaids 3-nil over Allsorts, with Brooke Henning scoring a hat-trick, and Basin 1-nil against Allsorts, with Alison Reminis' goal proving the difference.
Berry, who have booked their spot in September 19 grand final, will now enjoy the weekend off as Basin and Allsorts duke it out for the second spot in the decider.
While in the men's, Berry finished on 23 points - two ahead of Basin - thanks to Saturday's emphatic 8-nil victory against the Pirates.
Matthew Rayner was the star of the show for Basin, scoring five goals, with the other three being shared between Daniel Chard, Timothy Chard and Daniel Troy.
In the final round's other fixture, Berry downed Burrawang 6-1, with Myles Bourke scoring on four occasions.
Shaun Wheeler and Natalie Sparks scored Berry's other two goals, while Mark Bisby was on target for Burrawang.
As such, Berry's men's side will enjoy the bye this weekend before playing the winner of Basin and Burrawang in the final.
