Wildginger says as of August 14 all staff have received negative COVID-19 results, including close-contact staff who had worked over the weekend and staff which had a casual contact.
In a post to Facebook the Wildginger restaurant thanked its staff, their families and patrons for being responsible and respectful of "this dilemma we are facing".
"We are not out of the woods yet but let's hope we can post an even better result the same time next week which would be fantastic if no diners are diagnosed also," the post said.
"For the interim Wildginger will not be taking any bookings until mid September.
"We would also like to give a huge thank you for the massive support that has been shown by our local community and beyond. It's incredible and we are truly humbled."
On Tuesday, August 11 it was revealed a customer who had dined at the Wildginger restaurant on Saturday, August 8 had tested positive to COVID-19.
NSW Health advised that anyone in the restaurant from 7.45pm to 10.30pm on August 8 must self-isolate for 14 days and to get tested for COVID-19 if directed or if they develop symptoms.
The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District then moved to establish a pop-up clinic in St Georges Basin.
The clinic is located at St Georges Basin Community Health Centre, 21 Mereton St, St Georges Basin and will operate 8am-4pm weekdays.
