The Huskisson product, whose professional career has spanned nearly 20 years, returns to Australia after signing a two-year deal with newbies Macarthur FC.
Federici has played in more than 280 games for various English Premier and Championship League clubs, but the 35-year-old admits he isn't sure what to expect when he steps out for the Bulls next season.
"In terms of comparison, it's hard to make at the minute," Federici said.
"I've been fortunate to play in a lot of different teams who do things completely differently.
"There's a lot of information to give out out that I'll be more than happy to share [with my teammates]."
