Berry easily accounted for Allsorts 5-2 at North Nowra's Shoalhaven Regional Hockey Complex, thanks to goals from Suzi Jarman (two), Eleanor Dodd, Kerri-Anne Brereton and Iszi Crawford.
In the loss, Alyssa Phelan and Cassandra Isherwood found the back of the net.
Round two's other women's fixture was won by St Georges Basin, who won 4-nil on a forfeit against the Shoalhaven Heads Mermaids.
Ashlee Williams and Erin Parvitt had scored for the Basin before the game had to be called off, following an injury to a Heads' player - which resulted in them not having enough players to field a team.
On the men's side of the draw, Berry made it two from two by downing Burrawang 3-1.
In the win, Matt Clarke scored a brace, with Mark Croker scoring the team's third.
Saxon Macquaire was the lone goal-scorer for Burrawang.
In the other match, Basin smashed Heads Pirates 10-nil, behind a Daniel Chard hat-trick.
Other to find the back of the net were Daniel Troy (two), Michael Jarrett, Brendan Gilmore, Timothy Chard, Matthew Chard and skipper Lachlan Butfield.
Looking ahead, Allsorts will take on Basin and Berry lock horns with Mermaids in round three - with Berry and Heads and Burrawang and Basin battling in the men's.
