Jono Dallas' Roos will host the 2019 premiers at Kevin Walsh Oval from 3.30pm on Saturday, July 18.
The following day, Brad and Buster Reh will begin their coaching reign with the Stingrays of Shellharbour at Flinders Field, when they host the revamped Albion Park-Oak Flats Eagles - who will be coached by Ian Jones and Steve Johnson.
The final game of round one will pit Warilla-Lake South - led by Troy Grant and Neil Farmilo - against local rivals Shellharbour at Cec Glenholmes Oval.
Both matches on Sunday will kick-off at 3pm.
The remaining three first grade sides - Gerringong, Berry-Shoalhaven Heads and Nowra-Bomaderry - will all have the bye in round one.
Following this opening weekend, 11 more rounds will be played - with the final regular season matches played on October 3 and 4.
The five-team finals series will begin the following, ahead of the decider on Sunday, November 1.
