The first match will see Bega's Dale Finucane and his Melbourne Storm take on the red-hot Sydney Roosters, spearheaded by Kiama twins Josh and Brett Morris, at Suncorp Stadium.
Following on Friday will be the Raiders and Dragons clash - marking the first time the Green Machine will have played in Canberra since the resumption.
For this clash, Paul McGregor's side will feature Gerringong's Korbin Sims and Jackson Ford, Shellharbour's Euan Aitken and Trent Merrin and Albion Park-Oak Flats' Adam Clune.
Later that night, Shellharbour's Jai Field will make his Parramatta Eels debut - filling in for the injured Mitch Moses - when the blue and golds, coached by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur, host the Cowboys.
Saturday's action will kick-off with Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook, Kiama's Mitch Rein and their Titans battling the Sharks - headlined by Pambula-born Jack Williams.
This will be followed by the Warriors and Broncos fixture - who's squads feature Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie and Moruya's Rhys Kennedy respectively.
Then on Sunday, the Sea Eagles, containing Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and Cobargo's Morgan Boyle, will go toe-to-toe with the Knights - coached by Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien.
The round will wrap up when Tathra's Adam Elliot and his Bulldogs entertain Nowra-born Cody Walker and his Rabbitohs at Bankwest Stadium.
