They reckon the Kiama MP is lobbing grenades because he wants to run a Liberal ticket and seize control of the council.
Council has also hit back at claims made by Mr Ward that it has been "lazy" when applying for funding for crucial local road projects, including the East Nowra Sub Arterial Road. It says it's applied for $52 million to fund the road, which is being assessed.
