Following a meeting on Wednesday night, the clubs decided on a start date and have now started working on a draw - expected to be released by the weekend.
To prepare for this modified season, South Coast clubs returned to training on June 2, with contact work allowed to restart from July 1.
Broulee, Braidwood and Batemans Bay all appear set for big season, with strong numbers at all three's respective training sessions.
The Boars have also lined up trial matches against Shoalhaven Rugby Club and Wests ACT on Saturday, July 4 - both to be played at Hanging Rock Oval.
