Caleb Robert Blake, 19, of Falls Creek, did not appear in court on Monday, June 1, when his charge of possession of an unauthorised firearm was heard by court registrar Craig Cockburn.
Blake was one of three men, along with brothers Joshua and Ben Lucas, who were arrested as part of NSW Joint Counter Terrorism Team (JCTT) operation in the Shoalhaven back in March.
The brothers were arrested on March 15 and March 20, with police alleging they had plans to blow up an electricity sub station at Tomerong.
Further inquiries led police to Blake, who they discovered allegedly had links to Joshua Lucas.
Police allege he possessed a silver-coloured imitation pistol at Falls Creek between October 2019 and March 2020.
He was arrested on March 21 and charged with one count of possession of an unauthorised firearm, an offence which carries a maximum penalty of 14 years' imprisonment.
Blake's bail has been continued and he will reappear in court on June 22.
Joshua Bruce Lucas, 22, of Sanctuary Point is charged with acts done in preparation for, or planning, a terrorist act, an offence which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment, while Benjamin Lucas, 23, of Catalina, faces one charge of acts done in preparation for, or planning, terrorist acts and two counts of possessing a prohibited firearm.
They are due to reappear in court on July 10.
