Lever, who has 1268 wins in his career, first won the 1650 metre maiden plate with Luke Hilton's Forged in Stone.
On the soft five track, Lever finished one length ahead of Matthew Dale's Rubayia, with Clare Cunningham's Big Lion in third.
The 40-year-old jockey's second victory came in the final event on the seven-race schedule - the 1010 metre benchmark 66 handicap.
Riding Greg Backhouse's Revitup Rednut, the pair cruised to victory by 1.3 lengths from John Marzol's Bitofastar and Natalie Jarvis' Living Doll.
Gosford-based Hilton was the only trainer on the day to chalk up two victories, with his second coming in the 1010 metre maiden plate with Undeniable - with Kayla Nisbet on board.
The pair won by just 0.2 lengths from former Nowra-based trainers Robert and Luke Price's Vinaigrette.
Trainer Keith Dryden moved onto 622 career wins when three-year-old gelding Wichita Warrior took out the 1300 metre maiden handicap - edging out Brooke Somers' Palazzi Signorili by 0.5 lengths.
Jarvis and the Prices each claimed another podium finish in the 1425 metre class one handicap - crossing the line in second and third respectively, behind winner Thomas' Lyttle's Izzy Looking Good.
Thorotek Racing Stables' Jarvis then finished second and third, with Chairman's Choice and Georgian Court, to Barbara Joseph, Paul and Matt Jones' Damagic in the 1300 metre benchmark 58 handicap.
The final race of the day, the 1650 metre benchmark 58 handicap, was claimed by Mick Smith's Pahruli, in front of Lynda Bundy's Sonnets and Jarrod Austin's Sonnets.
