South Coast Blaze players are taking part in the Pass the Ball initiative, which has become popular during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The craze involves passing the ball off screen "virtually" to a teammate, who then grabs possession and passes again to another player.
In one of the videos, a Blaze player is cleaning her teeth before passing the ball to a teammate.
The club has been active on social media since their inception, including running "Blaze Skills" videos where players teach new skills.
Blaze ambassador Susan Pettitt (nee Pratley), who represented the Australian Diamonds for more than a decade, said the initiative was a lot of fun but also shared an important message.
"I don't know where it started but every representative team is now getting on board and coming up with their own little mixture of it," Pettitt said.
"I guess the initiative is about keeping the kids connected a little bit so they don't feel so isolated, because it's very hard to train by yourself.
"I think it's a bit of fun for them."
