The most significant of those came in the feature event of the eight-race schedule, the Moruya Cup - which was moved from its original run date of January 6 due to the bushfires.
With Kayla Nisbet on board, five-year-old mare Airfree won the 1425 metre event by 0.4 lengths from Matthew Dale's Rinviata - with John Thompson's Thy Kingdom Come in third.
The other victory for Jarvis' Thorotek Racing Stables, which had 10 of their 20 horses in action on Sunday, came in the afternoon's first race, the 1010 metre maiden handicap - where Kattegat, jockeyed by Robbie Brewer, crossed the line in first.
Rounding out the top three were Barbara Joseph, Paul and Matt Jones' Farage and Robert and Luke Price's Shipierro.
Jarvis, who now has 73 NSW Country race wins to her name from 674 starts, also managed second-place finishers with Boom and Zoom (1425 metre class one handicap) and Pauper (1200 metre class three handicap).
Those two races were respectively won by former Nowra based trainers Robert and Luke Price's Collectively and Greg Backhouse's Revitup Rednut - with the latter being by just 0.1 length.
Other race winners on the day went to Theresa Bateup's River Charge (1425 metre maiden plate), Keith Dryden's Eltham Palace (1010 metre benchmark 58 handicap), Danny Williams' Rent a Rock (1650 metre class three handicap) and Kurt Goldman's Irish Songs (1200 metre plate).
