In mid-2018, Farriss and wife Beth listed their Kangaroo Valley farm/cottage retreat after 30 years.
It's still currently on the market.
'Willabrook', a 37-hectare property at 30 Parrishs Road, Upper Kangaroo River initially had an asking price of $4.5 million to $4.9 million.
By April 2019, the price guide was $4.5 million, and it now has a guide of $4.3 million to $4.5 million.
The selling agents are Belle Property Berry's Nick Dale and Gary Dale.
Gary Dale said it was a "very special property", and the sellers were "just waiting for the right buyer to come along".
He said it had attracted significant interest from prospective buyers in Sydney.

"There's been quite a few offers on it in the high $3 million area... I think it's just pretty close to the vendors' hearts," he said.
In 2012, mega-selling rockers INXS confirmed their retirement, releasing a statement thanking fans for their support.
Nick Dale previously told the Mercury the property had attracted much interest from Sydneysiders seeking leisure-style/holiday properties.
"We've had at least half-a-dozen confirmed Expressions of Interest, but we haven't been able to secure the right price yet," he said at the time.
An original 1920s-style homestead, the working cattle property has also operated as a luxury country holiday rental.
The main homestead has five bedrooms, plus two one-bedroom cottages.
A key feature is the private river flat that forms a natural island and is surrounded by the waters of Kangaroo River, complete with quiet billabongs and grassy banks that are used for camping and family get-togethers.
Other notable features include a self-contained manager's cottage, vegetable garden, fountain and garden settings.
Gary Dale previously told the Mercury the property had been a sanctuary for the Farriss family.
"That's why they've kept it for 30 years, because it's really been a sanctuary from the heavy world of rock," he said.
He described the property as the "perfect working farm", and had a full-time on-site caretaker.
Mr Dale said he was uncertain how exactly the coronavirus pandemic would impact on the property market.
"I think everyone's drawing the curtains on things now, because less people want to go out," he said.
"You look at what's happening with the auctions in Sydney; they're working out systems where people don't even have to attend... This is uncharted territory.
"But we exchanged on three properties on Friday, and I've got two that will hopefully exchange tomorrow. So there are transactions happening."
