About 2.45pm on March 26, officers attached to South Coast Police District were patrolling Tradewind Avenue, Sussex Inlet when they saw a man enter a pharmacy and close the door behind him.
As they approached the pharmacy, it is alleged an armed robbery was taking place with multiple people inside the store.

A crime scene was established and a replica pistol was seized.
The man was taken to Nowra Police Station where he was charged with robbery while armed with dangerous weapon.
He was refused bail to appear at Nowra Local Court on Friday, March 2020).
