NINE of the Shoalhaven's top touch players have given their all for the Southern Suns, at the recent 2020 National Touch League at Coffs Harbour.

The open men's team, featuring Shoalhaven Nowra Touch Association's Matthew Spresser, Jacob Lewis, Adriaan Toms, Thomas Power and Billie Fletcher, opened their tournament with 10-5 loss to Western Tigers.
This was followed by defeats by Hunter Western Hornets (15-1), Brisbane City Cobras (18-2), Sydney Scorpians (13-2), South Australia Roosters (11-4) and South West Queensland Swans (12-5).
But the Suns, coach by Ben McLennen, finished their competition on a high by downing the Northern Territory Devils (12-4).
The Shoalhaven's other four representatives - McLennan, Sam Watts, Kate Milani and Ruby Nicholson - were part of the Suns' senior mixed side, coached by Tim Robinson.
The mixed side opens their campaign at the C.ex Coffs International Stadium with a 9-4 loss to the Sydney Rebels.
They then bounced back against the ACT Raiders (6-5) and Brisbane City Cobras (9-3) - before dropping their fourth match 11-8 to the South Queensland Sharks.
In their fifth fixture, they downed the South Australia Roosters 10-5, before finishing with a defeat at the hands of Hunter Western Hornets (8-7).
