Around 7am at least half a dozen unmarked vehicles assembled in a Tapitallee street.
The South Coast Register understands teams from the Australian Federal Police and NSW Police have joined the NSW JCTT to execute a search warrant on a home in the area.
The operation is a continuation of the NSW JCTT raids at Sanctuary Point and Parma in the Shoalhaven over a week ago related to possible local terrorism threats.
In a statement Australian Federal Police said the NSW JCTT continue to execute search warrants in regional NSW as part of a continuing police investigation.
"There is no current or impending threat to the community," the statement said."
"As this investigation remains ongoing, it would not be appropriate to comment further."
Last week 21-year-old Sanctuary Point man Joshua Bruce Lucas was charged with a terrorism offence after being arrested at Sanctuary Point.
He was allegedly planning to blow up a South Coast electrical substation at West Tomerong with an improvised explosive device (IED).
He was charged with acts done in preparation for, or planning, a terrorist act, an offence which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
Lucas appeared in Nowra Local Court on Monday, March 16 and did not apply for bail, which was formally refused.
The operation at Tapitallle is continuing.
