The Terara Country Music Campout scheduled for March 26 to 29 will not be held this year.
It joins Ulladulla's Blessing of the Fleet Festival and Brigadoon, Bundanoon's Highlands Gathering, as recent major event cancellations.
Organisers of the campout just issued a statement on the matter.
"It is with deep regret that the Terara Country Music team announces the cancellation of the 2020 event, due to take place in the coming week," the statement reads.
"Under advisement from the Australian Federal Government and Chief Medical Officer, there is a restriction on non-essential public gatherings of greater than 500 people, as they have the potential to accelerate the spread of COVID19. This will come into effect from Monday 16 March 2020.
"We look forward to seeing you in 2021."
Ulladulla's Blessing of the Fleet Festival was cancelled yesterday (Friday).
Blessing of the Fleet Festival chairperson Leonie Smith said this was the first time the event, the largest on Ulladulla's annual calendar, had been cancelled due to health concerns.

The message about the Highland's festival was posted on Facebook.
"Unfortunately because of the present COVID-19 medical emergency, the president and committee of the Bundanoon Highland Gathering are following the advice of the chief medical officer for the government and are postponing until August/September.
"A new date will be advised shortly," the message read.
Brigadoon was to be held on April 4 2020.
The South Coast Register will keep the community informed of other event cancellations if they are announced.
